Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Cattlo for using the Cattlo app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what is entered with your account.
Your farm and your team
The person who creates a farm is its owner. The owner invites the team, decides what each role can see and change, and is responsible for the people they invite. Your farm's records belong to the farm: you can download them at any time, and the owner can delete the farm by deleting their account.
Records, not advice
Cattlo helps you keep records and reminds you of dates worked out from them, such as expected calving or when milk is clear of medicine. These dates depend on what was entered and on general rules, so they can be wrong for a particular animal. Always follow your vet and the medicine's label, especially before selling milk or meat from a treated animal.
Using Cattlo fairly
- Don't enter information you have no right to, or about people who haven't agreed to it.
- Don't try to reach another farm's records, or to disrupt or overload the service.
- Don't copy or resell Cattlo itself.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
The service
We work to keep Cattlo available and your records safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or free of mistakes. Cattlo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it or from it being unavailable. Cattlo is free at the moment; if that changes we will tell you well before, and you can download your records and leave.
Privacy
What we keep and how to delete it is in the privacy policy.
Changes, law and contact
If we change these terms we update this page and its date, and tell you in the app when the change matters to you. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions? Write to hamzamian@gmail.com.
